After a 2 week tour through Cambodia and Laos, we are back in Bangkok organising ourselves for the journey to Japan and Russia. We still need to do the final paperwork for shipping but we have dropped the bikes off and are being crated as I type this report.

From the time we dropped off the bikes until the time they hit Japan will be around 2 1/2 weeks so we have a little time to kill, the invitation letter for Russia also takes 15 business days (3 weeks) so we must wait for things to happen.

We have spent a great deal of time researching our options for cheap places to spend our time but unfortuntely flights are all expensive reguardless of where we go, Japan is also not so cheap so we are not too keen to spend our time waiting there.

So for now we will keep researching and hope to find a solution soon... we'll keep you posted.
